The terms & conditions set out below govern the use of the services offered by Yenwo Indonesia regarding the use of the www.yenwoindonesia.com website. Users are advised to read carefully because it can affect the rights and obligations of users under the law.

By using the www.yenwoindonesia.com site, the user is deemed to have read, understood, understood and agreed to all contents in the Terms & Conditions. These terms & conditions are a form of agreement set forth in a valid agreement between the User and Yenwo Indonesia. A. Definition

        The Sejahtera Berkah Walet Cooperative operates a web portal service business, www.yenwoindonesia.com, which is a website for searching for goods sold by registered sellers. Hereinafter referred to as Yenwo Indonesia.

        Yenwo Indonesia's website is www.yenwoindonesia.com.

        Terms & conditions are an agreement between User and Yenwo Indonesia which contains a set of rules governing the rights, obligations, responsibilities of users and Yenwo Indonesia, as well as procedures for using Yenwo Indonesia's service system.

        Users are parties who use Yenwo Indonesia's services, including but not limited to buyers, sellers and other parties who simply visit the Yenwo Indonesia Site.

        Buyers are Users who make requests for Goods sold by Sellers on the Yenwo Indonesia Site.

        Goods are objects that are tangible / have physical goods that can be delivered by couriers for goods delivery.

        Yenwo Indonesia Official Account is an account agreed by Yenwo Indonesia and users to process buying and selling transactions on the Yenwo Indonesia Site.

B. Purchase Transactions

        Buyers are required to transact through transaction procedures set by Yenwo Indonesia. The Buyer makes a payment using the payment method previously chosen by the Buyer.

        When purchasing Goods, the Buyer agrees that:

a.       The buyer is responsible for reading, understanding and agreeing to the information/description of the entire item (including but not limited to color, quality and others) before making an offer or commitment to buy.

b.      The Buyer acknowledges that the actual color of the product as seen on the Yenwo Indonesia Website/App depends on the Buyer's computer monitor and cellphone screen. Yenwo Indonesia has made its best efforts to ensure that the colors in the photos displayed on the Yenwo Indonesia Site/Application appear as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that the appearance of colors on the Yenwo Indonesia Site and application will be accurate.

        The buyer understands and agrees that the availability of stock of goods is Yenwo Indonesia's responsibility. Regarding the availability of stock of goods, it can change at any time, so that in a state of empty stock, Yenwo Indonesia will reject the order, and payment for the goods in question will be returned to the buyer.

        The Buyer fully understands and agrees that all transactions made between the Buyer and Yenwo Indonesia other than through Yenwo Indonesia's Official Account and/or without Yenwo Indonesia's knowledge (through private facilities/networks, sending messages, arranging special transactions outside the Yenwo Indonesia website or other efforts) are is the personal responsibility of the Buyer.

        Yenwo Indonesia has the full authority to refuse payment without prior notification.

        The Buyer agrees and understands that by using the Yenwo Indonesia Site/Application when the Buyer makes a purchase transaction, Yenwo Indonesia will pass on the Buyer's information data to the shipping Courier.

        The buyer is required to make a payment using the chosen payment method with a nominal value that corresponds to the bill amount listed on the payment page. Yenwo Indonesia is not responsible for losses suffered by the Buyer, if the Buyer makes a payment that is not in accordance with the invoice amount listed on the payment page.

        Payment by the Buyer must be made immediately (no later than within 1x24 hours) after the Buyer checks out. If within the time limit payment has not been made by the Buyer, Yenwo Indonesia has the authority to cancel the transaction. The user has no right to file a claim or demand for the cancellation of the transaction.

        Buyers are advised to check and make payments according to the nominal bill listed on the payment page.

 

        The Buyer understands and agrees that the problem of delays in the payment process and additional fees caused by differences in the bank that the Buyer uses with the official Yenwo Indonesia bank account is the Buyer's personal responsibility.

        Refunds from Yenwo Indonesia to Buyers can only be made in the following certain circumstances:

a.       Excess payment from the Buyer over the price of the Goods,

b.      Goods delivery problems have been clearly identified from the Seller which resulted in the Goods order not arriving,

c.       Yenwo Indonesia has agreed to send the ordered goods, but after the specified time limit it turns out that the seller does not deliver the goods until the specified time limit.

        If there is a refund process, the return will be made through the buyer's account or other method agreed between Yenwo Indonesia and the buyer.

        The buyer agrees not to notify or submit proof of payment and/or payment data to parties other than Yenwo Indonesia. In the event of a loss due to notification or delivery of proof of payment and/or payment data by the Buyer to another party, this will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

        The Buyer understands and agrees that the Buyer is responsible for maintaining information regarding transactions and shipments through the Yenwo Indonesia Site/Application. All actions including but not limited to agreements made for purchase, return or exchange of Goods transactions outside the Yenwo Indonesia Site/Application are not the responsibility of Yenwo Indonesia, so that claims and losses arising from these actions are the responsibility of each party personally.

        The Buyer understands and agrees that any problems with the delivery of Goods caused by late payment are the responsibility of the Buyer.

        Yenwo Indonesia has the authority to make decisions on unresolved transaction issues due to the absence of a settlement agreement, both between the Seller and the Buyer, by looking at the available evidence. Yenwo Indonesia's decision is a final decision that cannot be contested and is binding on the Seller and Buyer to comply with it.

        The user understands and agrees that if there is an indication of fraud, violation of the Terms and Conditions of Yenwo Indonesia or applicable legal provisions, Yenwo Indonesia is authorized to take the necessary actions including but not limited to actions to limit the choice of payment methods, cancel transactions without prior notification .

C. Price

        The price of goods contained on the Yenwo Indonesia website is the price set by the seller.

        The Buyer understands and agrees that errors in price information and other information caused by the Yenwo Indonesia website page not being updated due to the browser/ISP used by the Buyer are the Buyer's responsibility.

D. Shipping Rates

The Buyer understands and understands that Yenwo Indonesia has made its best efforts in providing accurate shipping rate information to the Buyer based on location, but Yenwo Indonesia cannot guarantee the accuracy of this data with that of the local branch.

E. Delivery of Goods

        Delivery of goods in the Yenwo Indonesia system must use Yenwo Indonesia's internal courier services and other delivery services by agreement with the buyer.

        Every provision regarding the process of sending goods using delivery services is the full authority of the goods delivery service provider.

        The user understands and agrees that any problems that occur during the process of sending goods by the goods delivery service provider are the responsibility of the delivery service provider.

        If it is necessary to carry out the process of returning goods, the Buyer is obliged to return the Goods in intact condition and not in a damaged condition, not sealed, damaged packaging.

        In the event that there are problems in the delivery process in the form of lost goods, damaged goods, and so on, Buyers and Sellers can report to Yenwo Indonesia no later than 3x24 hours from the time of delivery to carry out the investigation process.

F. Other Provisions

        If the User uses the features/services available on the Yenwo Indonesia Site/Application, the User hereby declares that he understands and agrees to all terms and conditions that are specifically regulated in connection with the features/services used.

        All matters that have not been and/or are not regulated in the specific terms and conditions in these features will fully refer to Yenwo Indonesia's terms and conditions in general.

        By agreeing to Yenwo Indonesia's Terms and Conditions, the User is considered to be subject to Yenwo Indonesia's Privacy Policy.

G. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liability

Yenwo Indonesia is a web portal with a Customer to Customer Marketplace model, which provides services to Users to become Sellers and Buyers on the Yenwo Indonesia website. Thus the transactions that occur are transactions between members of Yenwo Indonesia, so Users understand that the limitation of Yenwo Indonesia's responsibility proportionally is as a web portal service provider.

Yenwo Indonesia always strives to keep Yenwo Indonesia's services safe, comfortable and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee that continuous operation or access to our services can always be perfect. Information and data on the Yenwo Indonesia website may not occur in real time.

User agrees that you utilize Yenwo Indonesia Services at User's own risk, and Yenwo Indonesia Services are provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yenwo Indonesia (including the Parent Company, directors and employees) is not responsible, and you agree not to hold Yenwo Indonesia responsible, for any damages or losses (including but not limited to loss of money, reputation , gains or other intangible losses) resulting directly or indirectly from:

        User's use or inability to use Yenwo Indonesia Services.

        Prices, delivery or other instructions available in Yenwo Indonesia services.

        Delays or interruptions in Yenwo Indonesia Services.

        Negligence and losses incurred by each User.

        Goods Quality.

        Delivery of goods using goods delivery services.

        Intellectual Property Rights Violation.

        Disputes between users.

        Defamation of the other party.

        Any misuse of goods that have been purchased by the User.

        Losses due to unofficial payments to parties other than Yenwo Indonesia's Official Account, which in any way act on behalf of Yenwo Indonesia or negligence in writing accounts and/or other information and/or bank negligence.

        Viruses or other malicious software (bots, scripts, automation tools, hacking tools) obtained by accessing, or connecting to Yenwo Indonesia services.

        Any glitches, bugs, errors or inaccuracies in Yenwo Indonesia Services.

        Damage to your hardware from using any Yenwo Indonesia Services.

        The content, actions or inaction of third parties, including those related to products on the Yenwo Indonesia website that are allegedly fake.

        There are hacking actions carried out by third parties.

H. Compensation

Users will release Yenwo Indonesia from claims for compensation and protect Yenwo Indonesia (including the Parent Company, directors and employees) from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal costs, made by third parties arising in the event that you violate this Agreement, use Yenwo Indonesia services that are not appropriate and/or your violation of the law or the rights of third parties.

I. Choice of Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflicts of laws. You agree that any legal action or dispute that may arise from, relate to, or be in any way related to the site and/or this Agreement will be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

J. Renewal

Terms & conditions may be changed and/or updated from time to time without prior notification. Yenwo Indonesia recommends that you read carefully and check this Terms & Conditions page from time to time for any changes. By continuing to access and use Yenwo Indonesia's services, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms & Conditions.
